What is the cost of the platform?
We are offering free onboarding at the moment.
How do I become an instructor on Flairish?
To become an instructor, simply sign up on our platform and complete your instructor profile. Once submitted, our team will review your credentials and teaching experience. If approved, you’ll be notified and can begin offering sessions.
Is there a selection or vetting process?
Yes, we carefully vet each instructor to maintain the quality of our learning experience. This includes reviewing your teaching experience, subject expertise, and communication style.
Can I set my own availability?
Absolutely. You have full control over your calendar. Set your working hours and update them anytime to match your schedule.
Hobbyists will be signing up from different timezones. We suggest keeping your availability such that you can cater to a global audience.
How do 1-on-1 sessions work?
Sessions have to be conducted LIVE directly on the Flairish platform using our built-in video and communication tools. No third-party software required.
How much can I charge for a session?
You can set your own rates based on your expertise, session length, and learner demand. Flairish may provide guidelines or recommendations to help you price competitively.
How do I get paid?
Instructors are paid securely via bank transfer. As soon as your session is over, you will receive a credit note in your FlairWiz account.
Do I need to pay Flairish to use their service?
At the moment, Flairish does not charge a service fee. We will move to a Freemium plan to cover platform, payment, and support costs eventually. The future revenue share arrangement will be transparently communicated at the time.
Can I offer free trial sessions?
No, you can not offer free trial sessions. You can upload a free lesson of 5-10 min in your media gallery.
How are cancellations or no-shows handled?
We have a fair cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by either the instructor or hobbyist. This policy needs to be followed sincerely in order that everyone’s time is respected.
Will Flairish promote my profile?
Yes! We actively promote top and trending instructors through our internal channels. However, your visibility also depends on ratings, availability, and subject demand.
Can I teach students outside the platform?
To ensure a safe and transparent experience for both instructors and learners, all sessions with Flairish-registered users must be conducted on the platform. Flairish will be able to provide support in case of any miscommunication between instructor and hobbyists.
Can I upload learning materials for my students?
No.
Is there a review or rating system?
Yes, hobbyists can leave reviews after a session. These help boost your credibility and help others choose the right instructor for their needs.
What kind of support does Flairish offer instructors?
We offer dedicated support via email and chat for any technical or operational queries. In future, we will also provide teaching resources and community updates to help you grow.
