Sessions have to be conducted LIVE directly on the Flairish platform using our built-in video and communication tools. No third-party software required.
You can set your own rates based on your expertise, session length, and learner demand. Flairish may provide guidelines or recommendations to help you price competitively.
Instructors are paid securely via bank transfer. As soon as your session is over, you will receive a credit note in your FlairWiz account.
At the moment, Flairish does not charge a service fee. We will move to a Freemium plan to cover platform, payment, and support costs eventually. The future revenue share arrangement will be transparently communicated at the time.
No, you can not offer free trial sessions. You can upload a free lesson of 5-10 min in your media gallery.
We have a fair cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by either the instructor or hobbyist. This policy needs to be followed sincerely in order that everyone’s time is respected.
Yes! We actively promote top and trending instructors through our internal channels. However, your visibility also depends on ratings, availability, and subject demand.
To ensure a safe and transparent experience for both instructors and learners, all sessions with Flairish-registered users must be conducted on the platform. Flairish will be able to provide support in case of any miscommunication between instructor and hobbyists.
